Toyota 2JZ Swapped Subaru Impreza STI

Before NV Auto built their Formula Drift Pro 2 Toyota 2JZ powered Subaru BRZ their competition car was this Toyota 2JZ swapped Subaru Impreza.

With NV Auto being known for their vast Subaru knowledge this car is an obvious match made in heaven.

The 2JZ was swapped into the car to replace a 500 horsepower EJ207 with an extremely narrow power-band.

2JZ powered, the car was fairly competitive in its heyday, but if memory serves suspension geometry limitations made the BRZ a much more competitive platform to move forward with.
