This’ll wake you up

On a typical workday, the alarm on my phone tortures me to wake up at 7:30am, 8:00am, 8:15am, 8:30am, 8:45am, and 9:00am. That's right. I'm so terrible at waking up I need six separate alarms. Then, one day last week I woke up naturally before my alarms. Barely awake, and struggling to see anything, I roll over to check the time on my phone and notice I have e-mail from Hoda, our favourite reader from Japan.

On July 12th 2009 JRP performance and a group of dedicated volunteers will be putting on the third annual Tuners Against Street Racing, or T.A.S.R. charity show and shine. Last years T.A.S.R. show was a great example of how positive the local tuning community is and that it's not all about competition but having fun in a safe positive environment.

Fourteen Questions With COR Wheels

The internet is an interesting place, when it's on your side it can be an extremely helpful and useful resource. When it turns on you you've got to act fast before it swiftly ruins a reputation you worked so hard to build. When Jalopnik published their first article about a set of COR Wheels failing underneath a track driven Mustang things got out of hand faster than everyone involved probably could have anticipated;  Facts were lost or skewed, opinions were rampant, and criticisms were quickly dolled out by the under-informed.

Win free passes to Performance World 2011

The first show after a long, snow filled, Toronto winter is just a few days away and thanks to SIC RYDE I've got a pair of passes to give away to one lucky Stance Is Everything reader. Last years Performance World Show was the first time I met Sic himself, after seeing him riding low for years, so it's very fitting that he is contributing to this years give away.

Event Coverage: 2013 CSCS Season Opener – Pt. 1

Leading up to the 2013 Canadian Sport Compact Series season opener the weatherman was forecasting a very damp day. However judging by Sunday's attendance at Toronto Motor Sports Park Cayuga very few people put much stock in the weatherman's early predictions. Random wind gusts aside the weather couldn't have been better for the season opener and the venue was the busiest I've ever seen it with people parked everywhere including outside of the front gates.
