Message Board Finds

Woop Woop that’s the sound of the Police!

One of the hardest parts about this hobby is staying within the limits of the law. Both in how we drive and how we modify our cars. It's no secret that our scene is like living in a Police State and It's come to my attention that a local BMW members who's car I posted on this site has had his plates pulled for being to low.

TWOLITREphotography does JDMrides Official Meet #2

I missed the 2nd official jdmrides.ca meet in Scarborough last Sunday and judging from the various coverage I have seen it looks like the weather held out and it was a great day. While browsing the forums and looking at photos of the event I came across the work b20bomber of TWOLITRE photography and his photos really stood out to me.

Red Beauties

A member of a local message board recently picked up an Audi A3 S-Line and posted up some pictures of the car he wanted his to resemble. I've never really followed Audi's that much though I do like most of the modified ones I see. This one however is just gorgeous, and when you add the red GTI into the mix you have a vicious European combo.

UPS knows whats up

Proof that the right wheels and the right stance can make just about any vehicle look great.

The Header Car

The car in the header is not one that is often seen on the streets but that didn't prevent its owner from picking out a kill wheel/tire and suspension package, that matches the well kept black paint. The car in question is a De Tomaso Pantera. The Pantera was produced from 1971 to 1991 by Italian car maker De Tomasso, over that time span the Pantera (Panther) came in a variety of different flavors but whats important is that this one has its stance on lock.

WTF Friday Answer: 1973 Toyota Strout

Last Friday I asked the question WTF is this? No one was able to correctly answer so hit the jump to find out exactly wtf it was.

Low Civic, steep drop

Being low presents quite a few driving challenges, however I have never seen anything like this happen before.

Stock Suspension

All of the stickers on the back of this Mustang are fairly confusing. But it does go to show that suspension mods are important.

Lifted Love

Proper stance doesn't just apply to lowered vehicles! If your vehicle is more suited to going up then by all means take it up. I don't plan on leaving out an entire segment of automotive enthusiasts.

This blog was made for this car

The first time I saw this car I was utterly amazed that someone could drive a car like this in Toronto and keep it this clean. The dumped stance, BBS wheels, and amazingly reflective paint combined with the super charger hiding discreetly under the hood make it a vehicle definitely worth drooling over and definitely worth posting here.
