Stolen Car: Another DC2 Scarborough Area

Just like the last one I hate to post things like this but it's never fun to have your car stolen and the more people that know the better chances you have of hearing something no matter how trivial.

Product Review: Meguairs Smooth Surface Clay Kit

Having only owned dark colored vehicles prior to my current ride I had only heard about the claybar process but had never had a need to do it any contamination that was in my paint was hidden by it being so dark . This allowed me to get by with a simple wash polish and wax routine. However now that I own a white car I have had to give my paint a little more TLC to keep it looking its best. Enter the Meguairs Smooth Surface® Clay kit.

If a b.o.v. goes off in the forrest does it make a sound?

This is hands down the most attractive and purpose built Forrester I have ever seen, from what I can tell and have been told it has an sti drive line and obviously some suspension mods. I wouldn't mind seeing and learning a bit more about this car so I think I am going to try and get in contact with the guy who took the photos.

Theme Tuesdays: MK4s

The concept of theme Tuesdays here on Stance Is Everything is simple, every Tuesday I pick a theme and post a collection of vehicles with that theme that meet the stance criteria (modified suspension that fit the vehicles overall theme). This weeks theme Tuesday topic is: MK4s

Build Threads

I love reading a good build thread, as a car nut I find watching someone turn a crazy idea and a heap of a car into an amazing ride really interesting. It's much easier to appreciate the finished product at a show when you know what went into it. The read is also a great way to kill a rainy afternoon and get the inspiration needed to work on your own project here are 10 my my favorites:

Sunday Swag

I didn't head out to any events this weekend, partially because of the weather and partial so I could take a breather and do some things around the crib since August is going to be very busy for event coverage. Checking out my traffic I noticed that the weekends are starting to pic up some so I figured I would reward those of you checking out my blog on a lazy Sunday afternoon with some hotness.

WTF Fridays: July 24th 2009

One quick pic this week and a link to a forum post where a member claims to own a Supra then the actual owner posts up and exposes him for being a fraud and in fact not the real owner, funny stuff.

This VW knows what’s up

Saw this car over on bikeguide and had to throw it up. So sick, swine flu sick, I dig.

Event Preview: Battle of the Car Clubs

Have to thank my friends Pat Cyr and Chris Delacruz for giving me the heads up on this event taking place Saturday August 15th and Sunday August 16th at Downsview Park.
