Readers Rides: 09/17/2009

I love getting email to the [email protected] account with pictures of readers rides that they would like to see on the site. It’s a cool feeling to run something you guys and girls want to be a part of and help gain more exposure. If these two cars are any indication of the caliber of rides my readers drive than I look forward to seeing a lot more.

Will’s VW

Will’s friend Adrian slid a picture of Will’s freshly painted bug slammed on Porsche phone dials to my PerfectStance twitter account and as soon as I saw it I knew it would get posted. It looks like this bug is completely on the floor and the scenery in this picture has me really jealous with winter right around the corner.

This pic looks like it belongs on a post card, the sunset is perfect

Julian’s Sleepy Wagon

Julian sent some pictures of his wagon along with a request for some stickers and the second I opened them I was floored.

This wagon pulls off spaced out painted stock rims better than some cars pull off aftermarket rims. Julian says he is saving up for a set of VIP themed wheels so hopefully we will see an update of this ride looking even hotter soon enough.

So clean!

Looks like Julian has the fenders pre rolled for something a little more aggressive

If you want to see your ride posted here just send some photos to [email protected] I only ask that your suspension is on point 😉

  1. That bug is AWESOME. I love it. 😀

I’ll be sure to pass you some photos post-engine-swap of the 240. 😉 Well, of the engine bay anyways lol. My husband’s going to spend four days doing the swap, and pressure-washing the engine bay and cleaning up the engine as much as possible, so it ought to be pretty to see.

  2. Thanks for putting the bug up here! Its by no means flush (unless you count to the floor) but Im glad it got some cover. New ride is in the works so stay tuned. Again, Thanks!!

  3. We are…. Should be done by the end of the year. Bought my half of the swap today. 😛 (Engine & tranny, he’s paying for the rest of the stuff/upgrades/etc.) I should’ve known I’d cave, but having a guy who’s done multiple swaps before, including an SR20, here, well…. Yeah, good idea before we pack & split. Plus the e-brake needs to be fixed so she can be shipped, and that would be the perfect time to throw it in!

  4. Both cars look mind-blasting.

Dave, wait for the pictures of mine and my friends’ cars. I’m sure you will like them.
