      Low36

On one of my more recent Wrong Fitment Crew lurk sessions I spotted this green 97 328i owned by user low36. BBS wheels on an e36 isn't anything outside of the norm but when it's as cleanly executed as this my attention is peaked.

      Theme Tuesdays: OG Minitrucks

About a month ago the idea to do a follow up to the fairly well received 'Old School Minitruck' Theme Tuesday began to creep into my head but it wasn't until I came across The Coalition of OG Minitruckin on facebook that it really came together. After almost immediately losing an hour of my day upon discovery, I sent the page admin an email and we agreed that it's been far too long since some OG (traditionally styled) minitrucks have been posted on Stance Is Everything.

      Clint Jolly Green

Sometime in May I tweeted a photo of my Canon on a tripod in front of my car and @ClintJollyGreen was one of the first to ask when those photos would be posted. My car isn't exactly top priority around here so my reply was simply "soon".

WTF Friday: Oh my stars and garters

Lately, when posting a 'questionably' modified WTF Friday discovery, I try to find at least one redeeming quality to compliment. Unfortunately with this car I can't really think of anything to say beyond "it's unique", which is basically the participation trophy of compliments. I'm actually really surprised that anyone did this to a Starion to begin with considering that they are a relatively obscure chassis to those who are into front and rear end swaps.

      Rover

Last week I posted an Audi on 3 piece TMBs to which Ollie replied "some times I think if I see another VAG on Rotiforms I'm gonnna shoot my self. Isn't the idea of custom cars that you never see another one like it?" I thought about that comment for awhile and realised that despite the fact I still enjoy a good VAG car dumped on Rotiforms Ollie's point rings true because if I see another Rocket Bunny Kitted FR-S I just might scream a little bit.

Theme Tuesdays: Gassers – Part 1

Starting out purely as a way to put more power to the ground the gasser stance is easily one of the most iconic and recognisable in all of Motorsport and going this long without doing a Theme Tuesday dedicated to another one of the many pioneers of stance is almost sacrilegious on my part. Thankfully with some contributions from Ollie, pictures I had on hand, and a few bookmarks, pulling this one together didn't take all that long.

      El Camino

When I think about El Camino's (which is more often than I should probably admit) it's usually fifth generation, or very occasionally fourth gens, but hardly ever anything earlier than that and almost never first generation models. A lot of that could be attributed to my age but another contributing factor is, at least locally, there are very few first generations driving around in stock form and even less have anything of note done to them.

      WTF Friday: Rotary Estate Club

People from New Zealand love their rotaries and if one of my co workers is any indication they also love their Mini's so if you look at it from that angle this combination of Mini body, custom chassis, and Mazda heart makes perfect, logical, sense. Hell even if it didn't make perfect logical sense the end result is so phenomenal that it doesn't matter.

      A4

There's a good chance this car has already made it's rounds on the net but being posted previously doesn't take away from the fact that it's a very nicely put together Audi A4. Sitting bagged on three piece Rotiform TMB's this B6 is not the craziest car to come out of the Audi scene but it is a fine example of the less is more philosophy.

      Worlds Continue To Collide

This BMX/Car crossover thing just keeps happening with the latest example being this video of Mark Webb sliding his s14 around the track for Fast Furious and Funny's Drift Car Review. For those that don't spend absurd amounts of time in the world of kids bikes Mark is incredible rider who purchased a Nissan to pass the time while healing from a fairly significant knee injury.

Theme Tuesdays: Acura RSX Part II

It's been awhile since the last RSX Theme Tuesday (so long I actually forgot I ever posted it) so it's time to give the DC5 chassis another kick at the can. One thing I realized while doing this post is that RSX owners really, really like RPF-1s.

      SEMA Showstopper: Ring Brothers Producer

Picking a car to end the 2012 SEMA coverage with wasn't exactly an easy task but I think this Ring Brothers built 65 Fastback is a fairly solid choice. Known as "The Producer" it's one of the best all round Mustang builds I have ever seen and the recipient of this years Goodguys Optima Batteries Street Machine of the Year award.
