Theme Tuesdays: F20 Powered – Pt. 2

In 2013 I did the first f20 swap Theme Tuesday, and since f20 engines have continued to show up in the darndest places I figured it was time for a follow-up. I reckon sooner rather than later I...

Event Coverage: Fitted Lifestyle Toronto: 2015 – Pt. 2

Hope none of you mind but today we will be foregoing WTF Friday to round out the 2015 Fitted Toronto event coverage. Today's post picks up back outside before moving inwards to the two show halls. I've also...

Event Coverage: Fitted Lifestyle Toronto: 2015 – Pt. 1

Year after year Fitted Lifestyle continues to better their events and for myself along with many others it serves as the offical season opener. The quality inside the venue yields quality outside, and of all the...

Theme Tuesdays: Big Motor/Small Car

A quick tag in a video by @safteystance, along with a photo tag on Facebook by VR6S14 Trevor really kicked off this week's Theme Tuesday. Sure most of the stuff here isn't low, and isn't new,...

WTF Friday: War Of The Worlds

Japan is a land where anything and everything is possible and has contributed to many a WTF Friday post. This week's contribution from the land of the rising sun is a Toyota Chaser radically modified...

Basic Builds 1&2

Rob Anzit (who you might remember owns this particularly low MGB-GT) started up a local series called Basic Builds. His aim with this venture is to expose as many local Ontario builds as possible through...

Theme Tuesdays: Foxbody Mustangs

Growing up I loved Foxbody Mustangs, the distinct exhaust note, the owners proclivity to do burn-outs and the fact that they were damn near everywhere made them impossible to miss. Today, despite the fact that many have...

WTF Friday: Instagram Radial Engine Madness

As I'm sure many of you know by now I have a bit of a thing for radial engines popping up in road going vehicles. It started with this Swedish Terraplane Hot Rod, and followed shortly after by the...

Eurokracy 2015 Trailer

Eurokracy just dropped the trailer for their 2015 event which has switched venues from Napierville Raceway to I-Car Experience. Having gone both the 2013 and 2014 shows (and hopefully returning again this year) I can personally...

BBS RS Love From Japan

Many regard Japan as one of a few meccas of automotive culture. Having never been I can't confirm or deny this fact but based on the amount of people flocking to Japan to take pictures of cars I can only assume it is at least partially true. Something I have always found interesting about Japan's automotive scene is the fact that while they often set the trends we follow here they also pick up on a lot of our styling cues and more often than not improve on them.

Got Nine Grand?

Looking to pick up a new car and have nine thousand dollars? Then maybe you should give this 97 328is strong consideration because even if it didn't have an Active auto c30 intercooled and water cooled fully rebuilt super charger setup it would be a steal. I've seen this car around a couple of times and it would be a damn shame if it just sat in a garage on fire and theft for the rest of it's days.

WTF Friday: One wild Vette…

Corvette fans I will warn you now, avert your eyes, because what you are about to see you probably will not like, and on that same note early Dodge truck fans I suggest you proceed with caution as well because one of your own has also been roped into this hodge-podge build. Looking at this 1977 'Vette it's easy to tell that the person who built it had some level of mechanical ability. The car still functions after all these 'modifications' but I think you will agree that their taste in aesthetic mods leaves a little to be desired.

Winter Wednesdays: an argument for ABS plastic and not fiberglass

Every year when winter comes around I have taken the lips off my cars, I take the one of my Mazda because it is fiberglass which gets really brittle in the cold, and I took the air dam of my e30 because I spent way to much time fixing that just to have some cold water mess it up again. If I had a nice non damaged ABS example like I can only assume this civic owner does maybe I could leave my lip on...

VIP GS300

I used to be pretty into car audio installations a few years ago (pre-theft) and even though I don't have an installation now I still find myself browsing car audio sites from time to time. On one of those trips to caraudiomag.com I found this Lexus. This Lexus is the type of car I could see a 'business professional' rolling around in, you know the type of person who still wants their car to look good but can't spend forever figuring out how to enter and exit a parking lot because they are off to their next high priced meeting and time is money.
