2014 Fitted Lifestyle Toronto Video

Sorry, no WTF Friday today, due to the complications of car smashing (and the scramble to locate OEM parts) I have not had a lot of time to get posts together. However Gabe at French Canadian VDO has...

Suburbia

In a perfect word --aka a world with California-esque climate here in Canada-- I would be able to consider something like this for my new daily. It ticks all the right boxes; on the ground,...

50km to 0: Real Quick

It seems a little bit weird to be writing a 'eulogy' for a car that I never really expected to do a whole with but sadly here I am typing it. Yesterday morning on my way...

WTF Friday: Finally! A rwd Prelude

I'm sure we can all unanimously agree that at some point in it's production run the Honda Prelude should have been a rear wheel drive car. Every generation has had the lines of a good...

Event Coverage: 2014 Niagara Tuner & Truck Expo

Started in 2011 the Niagara Tuner & Truck Expo (TNTEXPO for short) is a show that I have had the pleasure of watching grow from nothing to something the past few years. Tom and the Nine...

Theme Tuesdays: Rear Wheel Drive Conversions Pt. 1

After posting the rear wheel drive Sunbird a few weeks ago, and being shown a rear wheel drive first generation Cavalier Z28 shortly after, I felt it was high time for a rear wheel drive...

Event Coverage: Mini Moto Lab Grand Opening

While the Toronto Ruckus/Zuma/Met/Jazz scene has been simmering for a few years now it's activity has mostly slipped under the noses of anyone who wasn't explicitly looking for it. This is mostly due to the fact...

Event Coverage: 2013 CSCS Beach Burnout – Part 2.

Going to finish up the 2013 CSCS Beach Burnout coverage before moving on to what will be an onslaught of coverage from Eurokracy 2013. Today's coverage is made up of the photos I took while not on the track or hiding in the shade from the heat.

A Visit To: Switches N Thangs

A few days after the Majestics/Luxurious BBQ Rob at Performance Improvements asked if I would be interested in shooting some photos of Jeff Forgione's Lincoln at his shop Switches N Thangs for the Autumn issue of Performance In Motion. Jeff's car --which doubles as the Switches N Thangs rolling demo vehicle-- has progressed an incredible amount since I first saw it in the hop pit at the Scrape by the Lake in 2010, so the opportunity to shoot it hopping in a private location wasn't one I was going to turn down.

WTF Friday: Well That’s Peculiar

Apologies for the somewhat tame, and brief, WTF Friday this week but I have been a bit under the weather which has made sitting...

More from 3SDM

The timing of the guys over at 3SDM is impeccable, they somehow always send over new applications of their wheels when I am just that little bit behind with event coverage and don't have the time to go searching for new content. These photos came in on Monday and showcase three cars on their 0.05 wheels.

WTF Friday: What you did there… I see it

Patina, as a car styling element, is an interesting thing. Many feel that cars need to earn their patina through years of dedicated service, or in some cases neglect, like this 51 COE, and the Taylor'd 57, while others think it patina is something that can applied or encouraged, using home brewed concoctions and techniques similar to what was done to Rusty.
