Theme Tuesdays: Honda Accords Part II

9
Putting together Theme Tuesday posts is a guaranteed way to assassinate any other plans I have in an evening. I had every intention last night to finish of this Accord post and get to playing PS3 quickly until I ended up learning you can lower K cars with stock first gen Neon parts, and that MKII big bumpers fit on Dodge Ominis. How did that all happen? I dunno, the internet is a time monster. Anyway here is the Accord post I was working on before I got sidetracked.

Unique Accord

Stumbled upon this Honda Accord wagon a few days ago and while the ride height is quite low its the wheels that made me 'right click save as'. They are most certainly not the type of rims you would expect see on an import but they actually don't look too out of place on this wagon. A little different but not bad at all in my opinion. I wish I knew the specs, but I am going to say fairly tall 18s or higher judging by the amount of camber needed to get them to fit.

The concept of theme Tuesdays here on Stance Is Everything is simple, every Tuesday I pick a theme and post a collection of vehicles with that theme that meet the stance criteria (modified suspension that suit the vehicles intent). This weeks theme Tuesday topic is: Honda Accords

Event Coverage: Wickedest Slam 1.0

KJohn Car Innovations has been cranking out pretty low and loud cars from the Brampton area for a few years now -most notably their Accord Wagon and SRT-4- and this Saturday they had their first show the 'Wickedest Slam 1.0'. Since Brampton isn't all that far from me I decided to swing by after Candy and Chrome and check it out.

Event Coverage: Too Fast Custom Car Show

Last weekend I went my second show at the Powerade Center in Brampton (the first being Vagkraft in 2009) which was the Too Fast Custom Car Show put on by SLC Productions and Too Fast motors. This was my first 'Heat The Street' show of the year (their 7th in total) so I wasn't exactly sure what to expect in regards to turnout number and quality of cars. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised on both counts, many of the usual suspects came out to enjoy the sun along with a few people and cars I had not seen in awhile.

WTF Friday: So you like burnouts?

6
The first video I in today's post I saw Monday and thought to myself damn that was pretty awesome wonder why it took someone so long to do it. Then, a few days later my friend Marc sent me the second video which was more surprisingly more ridiculous than the first. I am a big fan of vehicle on vehicle burnouts, environmentalists and the local authorities might not be but I think I have made enemies out of them long ago.

Event Coverage: 6th Annual Toronto H/T

2
The sixth annual Toronto Honda-tech meet went down yesterday and initially the weather looked as though we would all need scuba gear to attend but it all cleared up and when I showed up around three it ended up being so hot that other than a few puddles here and there late risers would have never known it rained.

Theme Tuesdays: ‘First’ On Air

Saying 'first' on the internet always causes a bit of controversy. Especially when it comes to car modifications. Typically the instant you say you're first...
