December Sticker Contest

For December I've teamed up with SecheMedia.ca (my sticker manufacturer) to give away three sticker prize packs containing a minimum of 6 stickers each from both stanceiseverything.com and SecheMedia.ca stores. This contest will take place from Monday December 06th 2010 to 10pm Thursday December 9th 2010 with the winners being announced at this weeks WTF Friday.

WTF Friday: The Silver Shadow

When it comes to large luxury automobiles brands such as Maybach, Bentley, and Rolls Royce I can't really relate to them. Mostly because I am not exceedingly wealthy and I'm not the type of person to be driven around, hell I have only ever been in a limo once. However this Rolls Royce Silver Shadow, which is a few years old now, I can relate to because it's a Hemi powered 1350HP beast which the owner goes out and runs it down the track between show appearances

The Loud Pedal

On the way home last night from hockey at around 12:30am my new skid plate hit the ground hard which knocked it 80% off and resulted in some road side hockey tape mechanics and a very, very, slow drive home to where I removed it for modification at a later date. As a result I am quire tired today and my brain is a mess so I decided to keep things simple: The loud pedal, press it and things get awesome here are 5 examples.

Winter Wednesdays: A new winter begins

The last Winter Wednesday was in March 2010 which was quite some time of ago, so long in fact that some of you may not even know what Winter Wednesdays around here are. The concept is simple on any Wednesday within a 7 day span of snow accumulation in the Mississauga/Toronto area of Ontario, Canada I will post up a lowered car in the snow.

Who’s got more balls?

Rally racing is one hell of an automotive sport. Elevation and road surface changes are par for the course and when combined with unpredictable weather, driver fatigue, blind corners, and lots of horse power you are left with an spectacular participant and spectator sport. However you are also left with a question: Who's got more balls? The drivers running the course, or the spectators on the course?

Theme Tuesdays: E30s Part II

I can't believe I have only done one e30 Theme Tuesday prior to this. As a former owner and current member of a number of BMW/E30 forums this is down right shameful. Not to mention that the the e30 is such a classic and versatile chassis, they look great dumped and kitted on low offset wheels, but also respond great to functional modifications when let loose on the track.

Built for a purpose

This car is easily one of my favorite EG's in the area. I followed the initial build closely on jdmrides.ca (actually the main reason I joined the site) and have continued to watch the car evolve from daily driver/track car to track car/daily driver as the years have gone by. Over the winter Spenser plans to do even more function oriented work to the car so that next year it's even more of a contender out on the Shannonville Track.

In the fog

Almost any car that I choose to post after an intense two weeks of SEMA coverage is bound to look pretty tame so instead of putting someone's ride directly up against all those high dollar, very sick, builds I figured I might as well put mine up first. These pics were taken by my girlfriend about two weeks ago, the night before I converted my ride to winter mode, and now looking back at them I have realized just how long of a winter it is going to be 🙁

WTF Friday: Nothing rides like a Deere

Some weeks I have a general idea about what I am going to post on Friday but other weeks, like this one, I have absolutely no idea. Thankfully the internet is a wealth of completely random and strange vehicle based things so I never really run a big risk of coming up with nothing. After checking out a few of my local haunts I found a picture of this John Deere tractor/tryke and became intrigued so after a quick round on the Google monster I found another pic.

Event Coverage: Euronited

Starting a new show or event is never an easy task. With so many other events taking place in our relativley short season it's nearly impossible to schedule something that is not on the same day as at least one other event. Never mind choosing a venue, enticing vendors, and getting participants and spectators to come out.

Theme Tuesdays: DA Chassis Integras

Not too long ago I did a Theme Tuesday on DC Chassis Integras, well now it's time to throw it back to the predecessor of the DC the DA. Sadly like the DC chassis a lot of DA Integras have rotted away due to the amount of salt we use in the winter here in Toronto.

Event Coverage: Applewood Plaza Show & Shine 06/24/09

I totally forgot about this set of weekly show and shines as well. I had sometime yesterday before going riding to swing by this show and shine with the point and shoot. There were so many nice cars that I plan on going back next week with the SLR to shoot this event properly and maybe get some photos of the burnout rumored contests.

This blog was made for this car

The first time I saw this car I was utterly amazed that someone could drive a car like this in Toronto and keep it this clean. The dumped stance, BBS wheels, and amazingly reflective paint combined with the super charger hiding discreetly under the hood make it a vehicle definitely worth drooling over and definitely worth posting here.

Theme Tuesdays: Readers Rides Revisted

For the last two years I've done a sub par job keeping up with the reader's rides posts here on the site. Most submissions...
