      Red e30s

Why are there so many red e30s? I mean this in two ways, first here in Toronto a few years ago red e30s vastly outnumbered e30s of any other color at meets and events, and second not only are there a lot of them number wise but they also come in several different shades of red just to make things a little more confusing. Zinnoberrot, Karminrot, and Briliantrot are a few and I am sure I probably missed seven or so.

      Featured Ride: Dominic’s Focus SVT

Anyone that's grown up riding (or skating) was probably told at some point prior to getting their license that as soon as they got the keys to their first car they would no longer be interested in spending hours on end at their favorite street spot, skate park, or set of trails and would instead be interested solely in automobiles. While that is true for some, those of us who love bikes and boards as much as we love cars always knew that both would have a significant presence in our lives.

      Theme Tuesdays: RIP Rusty

This is wild, just last week I was talking to my friends Jay and Mike at Stance Factory, who had seen Rusty and Mike in person last year, about the 'presence' this car had and now it's all over. As a a regular BMW forum reader when Mike first started with this car I remember a lot of the earlier phases of this car quite well, so while I was going to do a BMW 2002 Theme Tuesday today I figured a Rusty one would be more appropriate.

      Guest Coverage: Malaga Auto Museum

Stance Is Everything's own intentional correspondent Oliver Pickard recently too his Misses (or she took him) to the Malaga Automotive Museum in Spain, while he was there he took a bunch of photos and emailed them over to me. While most of these cars are one hundred percent stock and none of them anywhere near slammed there is absolutely no way I couldn't share these photos with the class.

Lower than a snakes belt buckle

I've already shared a few of my favorite Mazda Speed3s here with you, SumThaiGuys white one on SSR Long Champs and the Fat and Flush black one on 17x9 RPF-1s, are two recent examples and I'm about to throw this one from Black Mamba Motor Sports into the mix because it's another speed3 I think looks really, really good. This car is a great example of what can be accomplished with a realistic budget, a healthy drop, and a little originality when choosing a paint color for your wheels.

      WTF Friday: Legit Kit

It looks like since I left high school my auto teacher has been busy, really busy. He's moved on from turning clapped out Pontiac Fieros into Lamborghini Countach, and Ferrari 355 Spiders, replicas and is now creating full tube chassis BMW V12 (M70 I think) powered Diablo replicas. Helping build a Lamborghini kit had a big impact on my life as a car enthusiast so it's awesome to see that he's still working away at it, and still passing on the love and knowledge of cars to other impressionable youth who would rather be putting welding burns in their shirts than learning calculus.

      Mini Feature: Jujhar’s Golf

Because it's been winter here in the GTA most of the recent features have showcased cars from sunnier climates, however as our seasons gets closer and events are being announced left right and center it's time I turned the spotlight back towards local rides. This Golf is a perfect example of the level in which a lot of the local VW enthusiasts operate and when it arrived in my inbox I was immediately impressed with what I saw.

      Cruisin’ Solo

I've been a fan of this Toyota Celsior (Lexus LS430) since I first saw it at last years SEMA show. Since then I'd only seen a couple additional photos of it online but not as many solo feature photo shoots as I would have expected a car of this caliber to have. In fact just this Monday I was looking for high resolution photos of the car to show Mat at Seche Media the vinyl wrap job and had a hard time coming up with photos that were close enough to really showcase the matte white color that's on the car. Thankfully that all changed this Tuesday.

      Guest Coverage: Bangkok Motor Show

My friend Jeff recently got out of dodge and skipped to Thailand for an extended vacation, on one hand this sucks because he was a blast to work and one of the best bosses I ever had, but on the flip side it rocks because now I have someone out in Thailand who is willing to go to events (that have women) and take pictures of the cars (and the women). Here are some photos from his recent trip to the 32nd Annual Bangkok Motor Show. Pretty cool to see what a motor show looks like in different country.

      It’s Amazing

It's pretty amazing that even though e30 m3 has not been produced for years, which is causing the buy in for one to steadily increase, that there are still a bumper crop of clean ones being built today. Many of which I have never seen on the internet before. This m3 is setup almost dead in the middle of function and form and no one other than Johnny Cash has walked the line better.

      WTF Friday: April Fools

Today is April Fools and while I have already been a part of a few pranks here in the office (and avoided any being done to me) I don't really have any to pull on all of you. I had a few over the top plans of elaborate site pranks but procrastination, laziness, and life basically put the end to that. Instead here are just some very questionably styled cars I found online, one of which was famous around these parts for awhile.

      Big Blue Buick

Yep, I'm back on that Land Yacht vibe again and while I am not really familiar with Cor Forged Wheels if the majority of their clientele does their rides up like this than it's a brand I need to pay more attention to. This bagged 65 Buick Riviera looks absolutely killer laid out and I only hope drive height is really close to park height because you know, drive low, park lower.
