Wrapping up the coverage from the first Fitted event today with some more Euros, Subarus, IS300s, VIP cars, Domestics, and Nissans. Hats off to the crew at Stretch & Poke for organizing and hosting such a great start to their season, of course they have no time to sit back and reflect on their accomplishments as they are back at it Sunday at CSCS.

This Tuesday I've opted to bring back the ever popular 'Dat Ass' theme but fill it with only cars that were at Sundays 'Fitted' event put on by Stretch & Poke. Gathering this Theme Tuesday took second priority to capturing as much of the event as possible so I might have missed a few significant rear ends but there is still a good amount of variety and the last picture is sure to draw some controversy.

I arrived in the Bloor-Yorkville area around 9:30pm and walked to the Park Hyatt hotel, where I believe the Gumballer’s were spending the night. Three streets had been shut down across from the hotel to allow a U-shaped row for the Gumball cars to park and rev their engines for the crowd. Their cars were fenced off from the public, and rightfully so – the place was packed.

This entire week will be full of event and guest event coverage so if you often check the site from your phone you've been warned. Leading off the week of is coverage from the Hot Wheelz & Tirez customer appreciation show & shine that took place on Saturday at Hot Wheelz & Tirez in Mississauga.

It's been awhile since a build thread has appeared here, and with the season almost completely in full swing today seemed like the perfect time to post some of the local builds I've been following. I wouldn't be surprised if a couple of these builds are at the first Stretch & Poke event on Sunday.

You can all thank long time reader (and previous featured ride owner) Phil for calling me out for dragging my heels on the topless Theme Tuesday I completely forgot I said I would do. I manged to pull together this post nearly entirely from other half started Theme Tuesday posts so that should give you an idea of what's in-store eventually.

In 2011 Matt ended his previous show series, Tuners Against Street Racing, to start his new endevaour Squeaky Clean. The first Squeaky Clean event had a bit of a luke warm reception (not helped in the least the weather) so for 2012 Matt started with an event focused on the cars and the people instead of awards.

Saw a thread on jdmrides.ca yesterday that had the following quote: Jdm or not. I wouldn't want something that old and ugly. Might look cool slammed on some low offset rims. That was about all the encouragement I needed to pull together a Cressida Theme Tuesday.

A couple of weeks ago I had a chance to meet up with two skyline owners for a photo shoot, nothing serious or anything like that but another good chance for me to play around with my new camera. By the time we all hooked up and the cars were cleaned it was getting dark which killed a lot of the photos but I was able to save a few.

In the 'Four On The Floor?' Theme Tuesday I posted a Nissan 300C lowrider hittin a three at a gas station followed by Datun 200L with interesting rear window vinyl also paused on three. Then later I dedicated an entire Tuesday to strictly non traditional lowriders. After doing those posts I didn't think I would come across another, different, Nissan on wires but here we are.

Reading all of the Long Beach Formula Drift coverage really makes me wish I flew into LAX and went from LA to SF instead of the other way around, but I had free board for a few nights in SF so... Instead of drowning my sorrows in a local San Francisco Morrow Bay pub I pulled together some drifting gifs to make myself feel better.

On Sunday I saw something that made me think I should do another 'Dat Ass' Theme Tuesday post and, foolishly, I didn't save it in the hopes I would remember it when the time came to put the post together. No such luck.
