Euro Rods

To hold you guys over until I get a chance to start rolling out my CSCS coverage here are some Euro Rods courtesy of 'go kart tire fitment ,ollie'. Ollie admits that he is not the biggest fan of traditional America Rods (because they typically don't handle well) but he is a big fan of these. I have not see a whole lot of euro rods before so I enjoyed these, hopefully you do too.

Random Dopeness: Volume 5

I've had some issues before with scheduled posts and since the week before and after my move might be kind of hectic I thought I should probably get the bugs worked out before hand. If all goes to plan this edition of Random Dopeness should go up as I am at the Next Mod 1 year anniversary meet. *crosses fingers* Well it didn't go to plan and this is one week late, better late than never!

WTF Friday: What Was I

While thinking of what to post today it occurred to me that it's been awhile since I've done a good ol' guessing game post. A big contributing factor to this is that I've got some of the smartest car nuts on the web as my readers who seem to know something about everything. However I may have something today that's been modified to the point where the answer may not be immediately apparent.

Slammed at work

These past few weeks at work have been pretty wild, the entire department has been busy and I've been slammed with a bunch of time sensitive projects. I'm not complaining because though because it's better to be too busy than not at all as far as work is concerned. Drawing inspiration from being slammed at work here is a quick post of an Accord slammed on Works.

Featured Photographer: Edwin Tan (Dougboy)

The internet is a great way to kill a lot of time and personally I spend a lot of time browsing automotive blogs and forums. If you are anything like myself you have have recently come across photos of a white Amuse kitted s2000, a red s2000 on gold works, and an Import Expo brandedAcura NSX. If  you look  closely at those photos you will notice that they all share a  similar water mark, and or photo credit: ‘Dougboy 2010‘.

Nextmod Anniversary Coverage Pt 2

Here is part two of the coverage from the Nextmod 1 year anniversary BBQ that went down last Sunday August 15 2010. Today's coverage has all of the brands I missed yesterday with stand outs including the Infiniti and Lexus crowd who brought out some serious low, flush, rides.

Theme Tuesdays: Rolling Shots Part 2

One of my favorite parts of the original Transformers series was when Jazz, or Optimus, would assemble a group of Autobots to go on a mission, more specifically when Optimus would yell 'Roll out!' before they would drive off into the sunset ready to whoop up some Decipticons. What does this have to do with today's Theme Tuesday? Nothing really I just felt like sharing, enjoy this second edition of rolling shots for this Tuesday.

Event Coverage: Nextmod Anniversary Pt 1

Nextmod's one year anniversary BBQ went off without a hitch yesterday, even though the weather threatened like it was going to pour for most of the event. Nextmods customer base speaks to the type of service they provide as the amount of quality cars that rolled through really rivaled some of the full blown car shows this year. Shout out to Peter and the crew for organizing the event and keeping us all fed and hydrated for free!

WTF Friday: Batman Returns

Last year I posted up a couple photos of Batman styled Porsche 944 I saw at the Cruisn' for The Cure car show, and at that point I thought the owner was done with the theme being firmly established. It would appear that I was wrong as the owner continued work on his Porsche by adding a few more details to the mix, most notably the winged flares.

Guest Coverage: El Paso Solo Championship

My mindset is still somewhat performance driving oriented this morning after spending the day out on the track yesterday for the first time (more on that later this week) so I figured I would roll with it and post some photos from March 6th - 1st Solo Championship in El Paso Texas submitted by reader Aaron R. Jackson. What he sent through is just a small sampling of the cars that came out but nonetheless it shows that the auto cross community in Texas is not only thriving but also encompasses a variety of different cars.

WTF Friday: Fair Game

Last Saturday my girlfriend and I headed out to Dorchester Ontario for some Thanksgiving festivities and while there we attended the annual fair. This year the fairs main attractions were a freestyle motocross demo and a demolition derby. I am posting the coverage today because a) it doesn't really fit anywhere else and b) Dorchester residents who had never seen FMX before could be heard uttering WTF when the two riders putting on the demo took to the sky.

Winter Wednesday: Ol’ Half Ton

A slammed Ford F-100 looks great anywhere, even in the snow. This week Ontario local Jordan White gets #winterwednesday honors.

Stance Is Everything at Importfest 2012

To me the most important thing about being a part of Importfest this year was bringing together a group of cars that not only looked good but also represented the audience this site is aimed at. Looking back I think the 4 vehicles (plus mine) that came out did a perfect job of that.
